SUNDAY REFLECTIONS
Life without a car has been one of those blessings in disguise, at the time of the crash so many fearful thoughts flooded, in that in some way this should not have happened, of all the times for this to happen and why now, these thoughts passed and the reality is quite different. What needs to be done is done and with more calm presence, somehow the day seems longer and there is more time.
This is me and my little friend on the hunt for Biona coconut milk for kefir. We normally buy from Malta, we found just enough to do what we needed. Everyday we head out to the shops, to the post office and sometimes just a walk whatever needs doing whilst mama @criharmer_charmerz works at home. We notice the little things in nature, the smells, the sounds, the way the flowers open and close in sync with the sun.
The harmony and flow I see in nature, everything in its place, no effort. This makes me recognize I am no different, I see in Enya this same quiet contentment. From where she perceives life, nothing has changed, car or no car, accepting life fully as it is.
On the shopping trip we buy only what is needed, we meet so many smiling faces walking through here and there with this little shining face strapped on my chest. Her presence can brighten even the grumpiest face. Life is sweet and these seeming bumps are paved with gold if you look closely 🙏❤️🙏
