This week we were asked to prepare a couple of cheesecakes for an outlet in Malta. We usually decorate cheesecakes according to the season. So what started up as a plain cheesecake turned out into a Christmas cheesecake 🎄 🧁 🎊

We present to you ‘THE MINCE PIE CHEESECAKE’

~ Nutty base with orange zest
~ Cashew cream with a Christmas spice mix (nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, all spice)
~ Mince pie filling topping with cranberry compote 😋
