This time of year, I love having a table full of good things to pick and choose from, things to pull from the fridgeβ€”little bites, fresh flavours, and dishes made for sharing. With the heat creeping in, we’ve put together a small menu that’s light, bright, and perfect for easy summer eating. It’s all about those zesty, sun-loving flavours that go perfectly together with just a hint of spice from the salsa πŸ’ƒπŸŒΆοΈπŸ’ƒ. Just to add that as I mentioned in the previous post things might be a little spontaneous like this over the summer months, early morning decision to go to Malta next weekend spurred the creation of this menu.
