This time of year, I love having a table full of good things to pick and choose from, things to pull from the fridgeβlittle bites, fresh flavours, and dishes made for sharing. With the heat creeping in, weβve put together a small menu thatβs light, bright, and perfect for easy summer eating. Itβs all about those zesty, sun-loving flavours that go perfectly together with just a hint of spice from the salsa ππΆοΈπ. Just to add that as I mentioned in the previous post things might be a little spontaneous like this over the summer months, early morning decision to go to Malta next weekend spurred the creation of this menu.
